{New Year, New Goals}

WELCOME to my new blog :)

Here is where I'm going to be documenting EVERYTHING about my
weight loss journey. 
Calorie counting, work out plans, and healthy recipes. And most likely where i'll be
venting my need for ice cream and doritos. 
I'll be posting 'success photos'
and I guess this is the time to finally find the courage to post a full body photo of me on the internet. 
If you search my facebook, I think the last full body picture was 
2 years ago, right after my son was born.

Things that motivate me:
-I would love to be able to wear a pair of heels for more than 20 minutes.
-Crossing my legs.
-Spanx make me HOT
-Being around long enough to see my future grandchildren
-Being sexy for my husband

So much more than that, but you get the idea.

  1. i FEEL you on the heels, the crossing of the legs...ALLLLL tht,,,i myself went to the gym today...almost dies when i ran home from the gym, but i did it..but i dnt have the will power t throw away my ice cream or my chocolate milk...lol...im just gonna finish it.

  2. Im better off having my husband throw away my goodies. Ha. But i guess what is the point in dieting if i'm going to eat more calories than i work off, ya know?

Heyas Kels,greetings from Bath Co.,I think reading this may help me with my goals as well,...I also often find myself eating more just because I'm home,..I was a member of the gym here for a few years but still managed to not be very successful at all,simply because I have a 'weight' problem,..can't 'wait' to eat. New endeavors on the horizon with new outlooks and hopefully better results. Thanks for posting this:)

Miss you too Kels,nobody here can do the MIB boogie..haha....I'm not sure I have what it takes to do my own blog but I'm more than happy to share my ups and downs here with you on yours...I've been playing around with this weight thing for too long,..the exercise part I'm good at,it's the eating where I lose control,especially at night before bed (the WORST time). A little willpower and a bit of encouragement I'm sure will help both of us,yea?
    It's colder than a penguin's bootie but it's time to go walk (determination). Til my next logon,happy times to you and yours:)

  7. HEY, the MIB dance can burn some calories! HAHA. (The blog is easy!) And i get late night munchie cravings too! waaah. But the deal i made with myself is that i will NOT eat after 8pm. AND start cooking my food instead of ordering it. But boooy ohhh boooy i would love some cream cheese WONTONS. i looked up how many calories they had today.. and its over 200 cal EACH. Omg. i swear i used to eat 20 in one sitting. Somethings gotta give.
